Recently i was invited for a ” Tasting Session at Clarks Exotica ” , Bengaluru on the occasion of Father’s Day . I loved this place and enjoyed indulging the varied cuisines and spread of finest culinary delights by the Chef at Clarks Exotica Convention Resort and Spa .

Clarks Exotica Convention Resort & Spa began operations in 2007, established by Mr. Ronald Colaco, an Indian Businessman based in Dubai, UAE. A premier, luxury resort located against the picturesque Nandi Hills is 11 kilometers from the Kempegowda International Airport. Our tasting session Experience :
When we visited Ambrosia , the place was quiet crowded as it was a weekend plus Fathers day . Ambrosia global cuisine buffet, offers an amazing spread from vegetarian and non-veg Indian, Chinese , Continental food and various desserts.
To begin with we were served with few chef s special starters …like Vegetable Treasure Bags ,Khumb Sabzi Galouti ,Celebrity Babycorn,Barafilee Paneer Tikka etc .. i really loved these starters .. specially vegetable treasure bag and celebrity baby corn .
Under the non veg there was Lebanese Lamb Chops ,Fish Polichadhu,Badami Murgh Tikka
After relishing some of the yummiest starters .. we thought of trying out the buffet . Phew .. that was one wide spread .. each section had so many options to choose from .. be it salad , main course or dessert . The food was too good .Wish we had an extra tummy !!!
And now for the best part of every meal, the Desserts !! My goodness … just the desserts had so manyyyy choices …. !!! They were in all shapes , colors , regions … a treat to anyone’s eyes !!
All in all, we had a nice relaxed Sunday afternoon and a memorable father’s day at Ambrosia , Clarks Exotica … I would definitely recommend it for anyone for a relaxing royal weekend experience.
