Instructions
  1. Soak green gram for abt 4-5 hours.
  2. Drain excess water and grind all the ingredients mentioned under topping into a paste. Note that it should not be too smooth.
  3. Transfer the paste to a bowl and keep aside.
  4. How to proceed :
  5. Heat a tawa and grease it with oil /butter .
  6. Take a spoonful of the topping  and spread it evenly on one side of the bread slice with a spoon.
  7. Place each toast on the tawa such that the topping side faces downwards.
  8. Drizzle some oil and roast on medium low flame till topping turns golden brown in color.
  9. Flip over and roast the other side too.
  10. A Healthy and tasty toast  ready to eat.Serve it  hot with Tomato ketchup .
  11. Cook it, enjoy it and never forget it.
Recipe Notes

1) You can also use moong sprouts to make it more healthy.

2 ) In the above i ‘ve used chat masala and sonf  as flavouring to topping. You can be creative and tweak in what you like . Ex: onion/ginger/garlic/oregano/garam masala .. etc .Share with me which tasted best ..:
